Booking and Payment:

• Reservation process:
  In order to reserve with us and secure your booking at Earth MTB, we would charge a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total amount of the group. This process will be done by one person (leader of the group).
  
  
• Payment methods and schedules:
  To confirm your booking, we’ll provide you with our bank details for the non-refundable deposit. The remaining amount can be settled upon arrival or by bank transfer.
  
  
• Cancellation policies and fees:
  In the event of a customer-initiated cancellation, refunds will not be issued. However, rescheduling the trip within the same year may be considered, contingent upon availability and compatibility with our other scheduled activities.
  

Participant Responsibilities:

• Health and fitness requirements:
  Before embarking on our adventure, please ensure you’re in good health and meet the necessary fitness requirements. It’s important for your safety and enjoyment of the experience. If you have any health concerns or specific conditions, kindly inform us in advance so we can make necessary arrangements and recommendations. Your well-being is our priority, and we want to ensure you have a fantastic and safe journey with us.
  
  
• Compliance with safety guidelines:
  Ensuring a secure and enjoyable experience for all participants is our top priority. We kindly request all participants to adhere to safety guidelines throughout the duration of our activities. These guidelines are in place to protect everybody involved. Your cooperation contributes to a positive and risk-free environment, allowing everyone to fully enjoy the adventure.
  
  
• Acknowledgment of risks involved in mountain biking:
  You should understand that your participation in this sporting activity takes place off-road and involves risks of physical injury, including serious injury or death, to yourself or any of the participants.
  By participating, you acknowledge these risks and agree to exercise caution and follow provided guidelines to mitigate them. Your safety is our priority, and with your cooperation we aim to make your mountain biking adventure as secure as possible. EARTH MTB and its representatives will provide the maximum possible security for the event but will only provide first aid assistance through a qualified third party.
  

Accommodations:

  The range of options caters to different group sizes. From cozy hotels ideal for smaller groups to spacious villas perfect for larger gatherings, we strive to provide varied and comfortable choices. Rest assured that whichever option you choose, we aim to make your stay as enjoyable and accommodating as possible. You should reach out if you have specific preferences or requirements.
  
  
• Additional Options:
  Please note that accommodation is exclusively included in our package deals, ensuring a hassle-free experience for our customers. These packages are designed to provide a seamless and comprehensive adventure, encompassing accommodation among other amenities. However, if you prefer to book alternative accommodation, an additional cost may apply, and availability could vary.
  
  
• Riding Package Exclusions and Separate Day Trip Costs:
  While you are welcome to arrange your own accommodation separately, please be aware that the riding package, which includes daily riding sessions won’t be applicable. In such cases, riding days will be charged separately as day trips, and the cost may exceed the inclusive rates offered in our packaged deals.
  
  
• Extra Nights, Preferences, and Customization costs:
  Please be advised that additional nights, special preferences, or specific timing requests for accommodation may incur extra costs. Our standard packages are designed to offer a well-rounded experience, and any additional customization beyond the included features may result in supplementary charges. If you have specific requirements or wish to extend your stay, kindly inform us in advance, and we’ll be happy to provide you with the relevant details and pricing options.

  Our riding tours feature thrilling MTB enduro activities, with variations tailored to accommodate riders of different skill levels. While the primary focus is on enduro-style riding, adjustments can happily be made to incorporate more experiences based on individual skill levels.
  
  
• Safety briefings and equipment provided:
  Our Enduro rides bring you expert guidance and support, ensuring a seamless and safe biking adventure. Our experienced guide and accompanying van are there every pedal of the way ready, to help with any bike troubles or first aid assistance.
  
  
• Rider Harmony and Group Dynamics:
  Joining a group may require riders to participate at the group’s average skill level. Although we strive to separate riders into compatible groups for maximum enjoyment and safety, it’s important to note that complete split on the group may not always be feasible.
  To ensure a positive experience for all participants, riders seeking to join an existing group must receive approval from the group members. The cohesion of the initial group is essential, and their comfort and agreement hold significance in integrating new members for a better experience for everyone.
  
• Severe Crash Policy:
  In the rare event of a severe crash during our mountain biking tours, prioritizing safety is paramount. Should such a situation arise, the activity may be temporarily suspended at the discretion of our experienced guide or tour leader. It’s crucial to understand that, in cases of a suspended activity, funds for the remaining portion may not be refunded to the group. However, we are dedicated to offering alternatives, such as a discount for the affected day or suggesting an alternative activity if the group wishes to continue. Decisions on alternatives will consider feasibility and safety. Clear communication will be maintained with the group, and participants are asked to acknowledge and embrace flexibility, cooperation, and patience in unforeseen circumstances, with safety taking precedence.
  
  
• Equipment Responsibility:
  All participants are responsible for the care and safekeeping of their personal bikes and any rented equipment provided by us, Earth MTB. Any damage or loss incurred during the tour, whether to personal or rental items, will be the responsibility of the individual participant. We recommend conducting a thorough check of equipment before and after each ride to ensure its proper condition. Your cooperation in maintaining the integrity of the gear contributes to a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone involved.
  
  
• Rental Bike Damage Policy:
  In the event of any damage to our rental bikes caused by participants, a thorough inspection will be conducted to assess the issue. While minor wear and tear are understandable, significant damages to the bike, including broken parts, may incur additional charges. We appreciate your understanding that responsible usage helps maintain the quality of our equipment. Rest assured, we’ll work together to determine fair solutions for any issue that may arise. Liability and Insurance:

  Earth MTB strives to provide safe and enjoyable mountain biking experiences. Participants acknowledge and understand the inherent risks associated with the sport. While we prioritize safety measures and adhere to industry standards, participants are responsible for their own well-being and must ensure they have adequate personal insurance coverage. Your insurance cover will specifically include medical and accident recovery insurance for injuries gained whilst mountain biking on unmarked trails. Riders that plan to do Enduro or DH-style riding also need to include mountain rescue by helicopter. Earth MTB holds no liability for injuries, damages or losses incurred during our activities. We recommend reviewing and securing appropriate insurance to cover potential risks and unforeseen circumstances. Your safety is our priority, and we appreciate your cooperation in understanding and respecting these terms

  Prior to the commencement of any activities with Earth MTB, participants are required to sign our liability disclaimer. Changes and Cancellations:

• Trip cancellations or alterations:
  In the event that we have to cancel your holiday, you will be offered either a full refund of all monies paid by you (including non-refundable deposit) or an offer of different dates, whichever you prefer.

  Participants are expected to adhere to a standard of behaviour that promotes a positive and inclusive environment during Earth MTB activities. For participants under 18, parental or guardian responsibility is paramount, ensuring their safety and adherence to the code of conduct. Accommodation is provided solely for registered and paying participants. While we encourage socializing and communal enjoyment, overnight stays are reserved for those who have booked and paid for accommodation. We kindly ask that non-participating individuals refrain from sleeping in the provided accommodation facilities.
  Your cooperation in maintaining a respectful and considerate atmosphere contributes to a harmonious experience for all participants.
