EARTH MTB – Booking Information:
Minimum group size: 3 people (or join an existing group)
- No extra cost applies when joining an existing group.
Important:
- All packages require a minimum of 3 people.
- If the minimum is not met, the cost of the missing person(s) will be divided equally among the rest of the group.
Bike rental:
- Bike rental is not included in any of our packages and must be arranged separately.
Pricing and conditions:
- Prices are calculated based on group packages.
- Extra riding days: Any riding days beyond those included in the package will be charged at our day trip rate.
Example:
If you book our 3-night / 3-day riding package but wish to ride on both your arrival and departure day (4 days of riding total), the cost will be 3-night package + 1 extra riding day. - If new members join at different times during the week (e.g., arriving a few days later), the price may vary depending on the updated group size and arrangements such as shared accommodation or transfers.
- In order to book and secure your bike trip we will take a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total price. If accommodation is needed, you may be required to cover the full cost of the reservation in advance.
- The balance can be payed in cash on arrival or we can provide our bank details for a direct payment.
